About the Role:

As our new Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin supporting the Logistics and Operations Manager, collaborating closely with a diverse range of stakeholders from Logistics Partners and Overseas Suppliers to dynamic Sales teams and NZ retailers. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and the potential to ascend to senior roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the seamless movement of goods from international suppliers.
  • Manage order coordination, customer inquiries, and foster clear communication channels.
  • Build and nurture robust relationships with suppliers, emphasizing customer-centric deliverables.
  • Oversee offshore orders, closely monitor shipment timelines, and collaborate with freight providers.
  • Maintain proactive communication, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and customers.

About You:

  • Stellar communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • A knack for problem-solving, adaptability, and a creative touch.
  • Prior experience in import/logistics roles is a plus.
  • Strong data management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-driven individuals with top-notch planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant systems.
